Fuck me that sucks, and that BASTARDI family, I know they are pissed and hurt, but for fucks sake. Daniel Schuler lost his wife, his baby girl & even though it doesn't say I feel quite certain his son is totally fucked (in the hospital for 4 months with head injury?) and brother Lance lost his 3 little girls.

For them to sue those people, who have nothing left, and what do the expect to get from Daniel Schuler?? His brain damaged son's trust fund from the HBO special? Shitrags... Sorry about their dad but he was 81 fucking years old, the two other dad's lost their entire world that day.

Everybody who saw her said she was not drunk at all, something is wrong about this.

The husband is the assfuck that's suing, not the Bastardi family or that drunk ass bitch's brother who lost ALL 3 of his girls. You do know that they found an empty bottle of vodka in the van right?

She had the equivalent of 10 shots in her system. Fuck the THC they found. She could have smoked it some other day. But the fact is that she was some closet drunk and her fuckall husband refuses to believe it.

I watched the documentary because it is a fascinating case. The little boy that survived has some vision problems, but he's okay. Well, as okay as he can be. She was the bread winner in the family. Made over 100k a year. He was a night security guard. In the documentary you can hear him whining about having to take care of his child and work. I dislike that prick .. is it obvious?

Her autopsy report is available online. She suffered an "internal decapitation" and her spine was also internally severed further down. Massive organ disruption. No reports publically available for the kids, which is just as well.
