A cop responded to a home invasion and was confronted with a parolee who had a girl in a headlock then turned his pistol on the cop who fired and accidentally hit the girl with the bullet that first went through the bad guy. Cop haters and libtards are screaming for murder charges. NOBODY knows what intentions a subject has and action beats reaction every time. We are not obligated to be moving targets sorry folks. No 2 shootings are exactly alike and cannot be judged by anyone who was not even friggin there!

I want to add that the *** shot him because he was all riled up, ready to shoot, theese guys playing SWAT n all.
Then the testostorone got the best of him when the subject didnt comply, In the second he reached to pull up his pants the second time something along this was probally going thru his head 'I warned u MF, now GET FUCKED'

With a bunch of prebuilt anticipation/bloodlust tipping the edge, and in that moment of a split second his judgement just went FK it i can shoot this guy anyways (even tho i know it's probally wrong) i alrdy warned him.
