Why have him crawl to them??? Why didn't they just go and handcuff him while he was down on the ground with his hands behind his head... So the cop knew that he was trying to pull up his shorts and why did the officer have his own personal AR-15 rifle, why didn't he use the police issued gun

I agree with you about the shorts, but to answer your rifle question, departments issue pistols and rifles. The rifles are usually Vietnam era A1 full length rifles that are (honestly) long, unwieldy, very worn, and potentially unreliable. So most departments allow personal rifles with modifications that any civilian could purchase, but have a guideline on ammunition that the department sets in place. Fully automatic weapons for SWAT and ERT units are still gov’t issued and not personally carried by the average patrol officer. Source: Family member is cop. |

I read stories of what 223 could do with soft points or hp bullets. Interesting to see the damage it can do on human tissue. Pretty effective, but at such close range im not surprised.  |

The evilness and hate in his voice as he was screaming commands, combined with the above, make me feel anything less than a murder charge is unfair. White lives matter, too!!! That cop was a ticking time bomb. That kid was terrified! Just sick that an idiot trigger happy psycho took his life. That cop sure as hell didn't sound in fear of his life to me. That's what they know they have to say not to be charged. To make it Justified. And even the ones who didn't fire said that they felt threatened too, because of course they had to back him up, even though he was completely wrong!
