Why was he carrying personal weapon instead of Government issued? "You're Fucked" seems too Premanitated, he wanted to use that gun and kill someone with it. He's got PTSD (PTSD, is common whether you're Enforcement or a Civilian) from the incident, they should have given his pension to Daniel Shaver's family. |
