Other people than me who thinks that in such a situation a concealed carry would have made a differents? There are hundreds of people in the building and if just a couple of the hostages had a concealed carry pistol it would have made a big differents!
Exept the fact it's france, not Us, we're not allowed to carry guns.

As an amateur shooting field user, I'm only allowed to drive with "in pieces weapons" at the rear of my car, I had to be able to show any official documents to the policemen if ther's a road control, and of course each gun as to be officialy declared to the govrnment.

Only hunters are allowed to walk with a gun but it's only hunting rifles and only allowed in specific hunting period.

Yesterday tv news was saying that all those laws will change: in few times noone will be allowed to have guns even for amateur sports....

They said it's to limit the black market...

I know it's sounds dumm...French laws...

Could be, but with what we are legally allowed to conceal carry, there's nothing I can say with certainty. I have my CCW and carry a Glock 19 which is a .40. Even if I carry a second clip with me and hit every shot with perfect accuracy - too many "what ifs."
I'd love to live in Belgium ...for that and of course to see the "manneken pis"

Hard to go up against a team of guys with AK's.......
AK's are notoriously unreliable, but spray and pray seems to get the job done, unfortunately.
