Other people than me who thinks that in such a situation a concealed carry would have made a differents? There are hundreds of people in the building and if just a couple of the hostages had a concealed carry pistol it would have made a big differents!

Could be, but with what we are legally allowed to conceal carry, there's nothing I can say with certainty. I have my CCW and carry a Glock 19 which is a .40. Even if I carry a second clip with me and hit every shot with perfect accuracy - too many "what ifs."
