This is a hard one. I don't know IF she killed her boys. But i do see some things that don't add up in her defense. And why was only the silly string part shown in court and not the rest of that 2 hour video with her and her family mourning and grieving at the grave site? And the time frame is off. Police think she stabbed her sons, cut herself over the sink, putting some of her sons blood on that sock, planted the sock near the scene, grabbed the butter knife to cut the screen, then woke up her husband and finally called 911. Some holes in that theory. There was no blood found outside of the house, so if Darlie did plant the sock there she had to stab her sons, get blood on the sock, run down the street in bloody clothes to toss the sock, when she got back into the house she'd cut herself, cleaned up in the sink, set up the crime scene, woke up her husband and called 911. There simply wasn't enough time to do all that, the dr who write about Damons wounds, said that Damon would've been dead in 9 minutes and he died just after the paramedics arrived, Darlie was on the line with 911 for 5 minutes and 44 seconds and then a police officer arrived, a minute later the paramedics arrived, and Damon was still breathing, he died shortly after their arrival, if the dr is correct, that would have left Darlie with 2 minutes and 16 seconds to kill both of her sons, run down the alley in her bloody clothes, to throw down the sock, ran back, cut herself, cleaned up the sink, set up the crime scene, wake up her husband and dialled 911. And if Darlie did plant the sock, why so far from the house and not just at the end of the driveway or in the backyard? Why didn't she wait untill both of her kids were dead before waking up her husband and calling 911? Possible ( imo BS ) motive that she killed them for life insurance dus to financial problems, both kids were insured but only paid out 10.000 $ and their funerals were about 14.000 $, her husband had an insurance of 800.000 $ so if this was about money, why not kill him instead? A psychiatrist interviewed Darlie for 14 hours saying that her emotions were genuine, and the reason that her story may not make sense is because of traumatic amnesia which is common after a traumatic event like the murder of your children. The medical examiner said that Darlie's wounds were not superficial, and were not consistant with any self inflicted wounds. With the cut on her throat only missing her artery within 2 mm. The necklace she had on prevented that and it was still in her wound and had to be removed. Testifying in her own defense she said that it looked like someone had cleaned up around the sink was because she used wet towels to put on the childrens wounds. According to her she acted that way at the cemetary because Devin had been looking forward to turning 7, and she thought that her sons were looking down on them from heaven. It was her sisters idea to bring out the silly strings, this is in total of a 2 hour video where you can see them mourning and grieving at the memorial. After the memorial service they went home, changed their clothes, and returned for the birthday party. So it may have been in poor taste, it doesn't make her a killer. And if she was guilty, why was she acting like that making her look ( more ) suspicous? |

I really have to believe that this evil hellcunt is gonna rot in prison and then in hell for eternity... Hopefully she'll one day experience the pain she inflicted upon those innocent baby boys... Rot in hell Darlie!!!

She could have dug their way out of debt with them new tits her husband bought HER. Who buys tits like that and doesn't plan on showing them off. Anyone know how that turned out? I looked a lil and didn't find anything online .

She's completely innocent of all her charges. Go read the facts on her website. I'm a Correctional Officer and believe in the death penalty, but this is a travesty of justice. I believe her husband solicited murder for hire. It's been proven he wanted to have his house robbed for money.  |

If he was in it in any way she wouldnt have said to him what she said during the recorded 911 call. No other reason to say such a thing.  |
