Sorry folks, did not mean to get a shit storm started...............oh wait, no I am not.  Seriously people, I have to say you have all showed respect, even if there is a differing of opinion. Now, to tell you something you may have already realized. A few crossed words aside, everyone did really well here to voice their opinions, with out going apeshit and wanting to nuke each other. This topic is one that has most likely costed more human lives than any other. Religion. We all think differently. That is what makes us human, don't you think ? With all of the bullshit going on all over this planet, people are dying everyday, because they do not see eye to eye. We here at DR are a strange mix, about as strange as possible I think. Every walk, race, job, sexuallity, age, color, and the list goes on. We are very diverse, and think very differently. Yet, somehow we all managed for the most part to keep our egos in check and show respect for one another. I am dumb, I admit that openly. However, I am not stupid. Not everyone will get along all the time, that is an IRON CLAD FACT. At the same time, we also have given things thought, and not tried to throw shit at one another. There are a couple of exceptions with this, and that is MY fault. I started this thread to get a wide range of opinions, and to see if people could truely go on with what they believe with out wanting to go nuclear on each other. I think for the most part, it has been a success, and I truely appreciate everyone that took time to look through the thread and leave an honest opinion without trashtalking. Almost gives me hope for the human race.....................ALMOST !!!  |
