Some reports are saying Trump was hit by a bullet.
Anyone have a before pic/position of the person that was shot dead. I presume standing behind Trump.

It obviously took a minute for the crowd to realise one of them didn't get up.

He probably knew it was too late but trying doesn't hurt
And makes the loved ones feel someone at least tried.

That being said, some people survive head injuries with brain matter disturbed. In that split second, seeing a bit of brain isn't like seeing a completely eviscerated brain.

Former President Trump appears to have been shot at, and likely hit. Loud noises were heard and he fell. Secret service rushed him off but not before he raised his hands at the crowd and shouted.

He had blood on his face.

He's probably fine. Most likely a graze.
