If someone was killed on a construction site with a DX460 nail gun (which will fire nails through steel) through negligence,   they would be lock up the same day.

The media calling it a "prop gun" proves how deceitful they are. A hypocritical anti-gun actor murdered one and injured another with a real gun. Stop trying to sugar coat it.

It was not the armored fault. It was solely the responsibility of dirtbag Alex Baldwin to examine and check the weapon. Baldwin should be charged with criminally negligent homicide and spend the next 25 years in prison. |

No, it actually is the armorer's job. Why would it be Alec Baldwin's job to ensure a "prop gun" is safe? They literally hire "Experts" for that and the one they hired had apparently been fired in the past for negligence.

REAL firearms should be under lock and key by the ARMORER until ready to use....prop guns...who cares. and then ONLY handled by the armorer until given to the actors. it is what it is....armorer is a major fuck up and should be held accountable |
