The kids are too young for criminal charges, but the parents should be held accountable for allowing them to learn such behaviors, and the children should receive inpatient treatment in a pediatric mental-health facility. As for abuse, I was not sexually abused as a child, but I do remember being beaten as far back as roughly 2 years old, in the grocery store, crying about something, and being slapped hard in the face, then punched, slapped, thumped and hit in the stomach and bum with a hard, heavy object (possibly a bottle), once we were home. |
