Arrows are regarded as a cure for mental illness in that region. It is a sort of reverse voodoo. And it worked: there is now one less case of mental illness in the tribe.

There is no way the Indonesian translation of the tribal language in this video is correct. All I hear is the guy videoing this saying numbers, while the tribal warrior speaks his language. He's probably saying something like the fighters in the Middle East would say during there videos, or I don't know, maybe like the cartels.
