Indosesia. The woman was a tragic victim of the conflict between the Dang and Newegalen clans that clash with each other on a regular base.

The victim, identified as Aprilia M, was found dead today with several arrows embedded in her body on the asphalt road.

She wasn't the only one though.

One Sunday, a victim, identified as Jori M, died after being showered with arrows near a soccer field by a group of people during the clash.

According to police, the victim had only arrived two days after traveling from Beoga District, Puncak Regency.

Prior to the incident, the victim had allegedly consumed alcohol with several members of the Newegalen group.

The conflict began when the victim stepped out onto the asphalt road. At that time, a mob from the Dang group, who were nearby, immediately chased the victim to the front of the Police Headquarters.

The mob allegedly mistook the victim for a member of the opposing group.

The victim attempted to escape by running behind the soccer field. However, he collapsed after being hit by several arrows and died at the scene.

Police are still investigating the victim's status and involvement in the inter-group conflict. He was not known to have been involved in any previous wars or clashes in the area.

We don't know for sure because he had just come down from Beoga and didn't take part in any fighting, police added.

The victim's body has been evacuated to a nearby hospital for medical procedures before being released to the family.

Meanwhile, security forces have increased patrols and security in the area to prevent retaliation from the warring groups.
