Woman Dies During Tug-of-War Competition After Rope Snaps
A tug-of-war competition in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, claimed the life of 43-year-old M.. Apparently, the rope snapped, sending the woman flying and causing her to smash her head on a concrete road divider. The competition, involving 5,000 participants, was held in order to break an Indonesian record.

Next time they should divide the teams up equally instead of 4,999 against 1.

We have a new contact sport here folks, Indonesian Tug-of-War. What was the record to be broken? How many heads they could bust? |

I'm shocked that her headscarf didn't provide more protection. That said, of all the dumb ways to die, this is pretty far up the list for me.

Bravo very funny comment. It made me laugh. Poor woman though. I'd be wary to stand too near to the rope.
