The setting looked like a small apartment or maybe even a motel room, the television set was on.

Is there footage of the brutal punishments that occured in the colonial Belgian Congo - hands, feet, genitals being cut off? Similar war crimes have been committed in just about every war. Including the recent Hamas attack on Israel.
