Nah that was Portland As it says it happened at 613pm in the link you posted, but look at the sky, and obvious time of day. . . It was DARK! Two people must have or more than likely were shot days apart or same day. . . But different times in different cities where as this vid is from Portland I know that 7-11 |

Always mind your own business. Never piss anyone off. That being said, in 2015 the probability of being becoming a homicide victim was low; for every 100,000 people (average football stadium seats around 80,000 people) 6 will become a homicide victim. I'm sure the rate has gone up since then but it's not as bad as this website makes it seem. |
