Holy shit, that was cold.... where did the shooter even come from? He didn't look like he was part of the fight, and the dude that got shot looked like he was trying to breakup the fight... the "little" girl might've gotten her friend shot over some dumb shit..

The shooter comes in during the last 6 seconds. I don't want to be called racist.

He's wearing blue and comes in from the opposite side of the parking lot and just blasts.

At 19 seconds you can see the victim and you hear "get off my girl".

Victims initials are "J.P.", 30 years old, happened in Portland. Looks like he had a newborn.

Shooter still walking free.
