nasty  - the chances of flying out of the track are pretty slim thoughvery unlucky - i dont think adding padding would help at these speeds, they would just have to add higher side walls so if they do fly out they should bounce back in, as trivial as that sounds. |

when i first seen that on tele i was horrified to see steel columns not protected either by padding like footy posts or at least some sort of board up incase this sort of thing happened..
