If she wasn't already dead, her rescuers finished the job when they held her head underwater bringing her to shore. Nice work!

Nice how the rescuers are laughing/smiling about things as they bring the corpse to shore. What a perfectly appropriate time for that.

I thought the same thing. Also, it looks like she's struggling to keep her head above the water in the first few seconds of the video. Obviously the "rescuers" thought otherwise or they presumably would have tried CPR.
