And not just in case of trans people but in case of all people. The whole concept of segregated locker rooms is a relic of religious sexual oppression. There are countries where men and women have shared locker rooms and naked saunas. The idea that men and women need to be separate is purely cultural preconditioning and it serves no positive purpose. If we had been born into a culture where men and women share locker rooms/bath rooms then we wouldn't pay any attention to it. In fact, we would look at people who segregate themselves based on gender and think that they are weirdos.

If a little girls and her mother consent to going into a neutral locker room with the knowledge that they may see intact male genitailia then fine. However, no little girl or woman should be forced to see this when they are not expecting to or consent to. Seeing male genitals as a young child other than close family can be traumatic. Especially when you do not expect to see this. If intact men wish to go into girls and women's intimate spaces, then there should be a rule that they MUST use a private stall to do so. Still doesnt stop pervs pretending to be trans from goingvinto these spaces for nefarious sexual reasons.
