They must have been right there after it happened! I doubt they could do much more than record it, from what I saw only the red haired guy has even a whisper of a chance of survival. You could tell the white hot pant chick was taking her last breaths. I would ask what's the evidence of texting?

There wasn't really anything they could do for the girl taking reflex breathes. She's pretty much death, but her body is still shutting down.
