Thanks I tried to find the verdict but only found a post that said the judge threw a verdict out. Justice still may be served but the chances are slim seeing that he was found innocent on the two most serious charges. I wanna see the sentencing. Will he serve time or not

According to this article, he will be sentenced on January 16, 2013, and could receive up to 10 years in prison.

The teens were making a proper turn and should have had plenty of time to make the turn but because the cop was doing almost 100mph they didn't have time. The cop was an intersection away when they decided to turn, notice the slower cop didn't even come close to hitting them. 100% cops fault.

These 2 cops were racing, not going to an emergency call. Do you think this cop will be treated the same as a couple of teenagers drag racing would be? As a drunk driver would be? I don't think so. He needs to be treated the same as everyone else he has arrested for foolishly endangering the public, and killing 2 kids.

wtf are you talking about?? they are in the left turning lane at an intersection and are making a left turn. do you not see the arrows?
