A head wound, or broken spine or something. There are plenty of videos of guys jumping off bridges and when they surface from the water they are still alive, but then shortly after they LOSE consciousness and drown because of a sustained injury during the water entry. You can break many bones or get a concussion. Who knows. But it's DEFINITELY obvious that he was injured from the jump, and couldn't stay afloat. Kinda strange that the divers lost sight of him so quickly though.
