~Scaffold Collapses In Charlotte North Carolina~
 Happened today ~ 3 dead after scaffolding collapse at E. Morehead Street construction site. Two others suffered minor injuries and were taken to Atrium Clinic CMC Main Street for treatment. |

Looks like some kind of custom built piece of junk made of cheap planks. Proper construction scaffolding looks almost like a metal cage with multiple levels and even stairs. The floor pieces tend to have grating and holes so that they don't get slippery. If it was a badly assembled proper scaffolding, then there should be metal rods and platings scattered everywhere. All I see is thin wooden planks.
