He is being ridiculously racist but can I point something out. The US population has a minority of black citizens. There are approximately 5.8 times more white people than black people.

This means for the blacks to be (AT Least) as violent, in terms of say cross race homicides, as white people. They need to kill 6 white people for every 1 black person killed by a white person.

Simply put more white people are killed because there are more of us. Because there are fewer blacks each death is more impactful to that small population.

What would you do if every time your race killed someone 6 of your race was killed? This is just what I noticed in the graphs. Correct me if I am mistaken.

Crowd psychology people!

If you're ever involved in some shit when you need help immediately, and you know people are around but no one seems to be coming, use social science!

Yell fire! In order to get people's attention they need to think they're lives are in danger too, if it's just you, the human response is typically "I dont know if its safe to help, so I'm going to stay safe" (saw where the car stopped when it pulled around the corner?)

Once you have a crowd, isolate one person in that group and give them specific instruction. "Hey you red shirt guy, call 911!" "You! Tom Brady lookin motherfucker, take ur shirt off to help slow this bleeding!"

Studies have shown that crowds will show a "bystander effect" and will think "well...I see other people around, I'm sure someone called 911." If everyone thinks that, you can see how that could be a problem for someone bleeding out in the street.
