Ring Camera Catches Murder in the Streets
Video from a ring Camera shows the moment a man was gunned down in the streets of Philadelphia. The murder happened on April 28th around 6 p.m. on the 4700 block of N. 3rd Street in the city's Feltonville section. Another man was shot moments before. The victim on the recording K.S., and J.H. --- both aged 19, were rushed to the hospital but died on arrival. Currently no arrests have been made. From what I found on a reddit thread, 'J' apparently slapped some girls mother in the face, in which she called some backup. wat the fuck? did he shoot him with some kind of video game magnum? I've never seen a guy go flying like that after getting shot except in video games and movies.

He was running and the shot seized him up, either from the shock of being hit or the bullet hitting vital. In the first frame you can kind of see him striding like in a sprint, running from the gunman.

He was being chased by dude and motion didn’t pick it up until he was close enough. Either way that shit paralyzed him because he literally couldn’t move to even roll around. Definitely suffered.
