Retired Cop Resists Thief Trying to Steal His Phone but Gets Shot and Dies
Colombia, Video shows when the victim, who was part of the active reserve of the National Police, was next to his vehicle at a gas station, when a man slowly approaches and turned up behind him, trying to steal his cell phone. The retired policeman resists the robbery, so the thief pulls out a firearm and shoots him. The victim is lying on the ground while the criminal flees with his accomplice, who was waiting for him on a motorcycle. The authorities reported that a plan was immediately organized to find the whereabouts of the murderers. In addition, the Police are offering a reward of twenty million pesos for anyone who provides information that allows the capture of those responsible for the crime. "There was an unfortunate event in which a person who was part of the active reserve of the National Police, apparently, for stealing him, a criminal approaches him, there is a struggle and he shoots him with a firearm, causing his death", informed the Police of the capital of the country. At the moment, the identity of the victim is not known. According to the information provided by the authorities, so far in 2021, more than 101 people have lost their lives in the middle of robberies in the capital, which makes it possible to establish that every two days a person would be murdered after an assault. |

The “identity “ of the victim is unknown but his profession as a retired policeman is!?! I find that rather strange. How did they know he’s a retired policeman if they don’t have him identified?  |

I find it morbidly fascinating when fools are so addicted to their phones that they literally decide that that phone is worth more than their lives and will fight to the death for. Otherwise, I don't like to see videos of the victims of predators being murdered, and it's usually the type of video I avoid on DR (though I love the opposite of that; the "Surprise! Surprise!" videos of criminal scum getting the tables turned on them), but when it's a video of an idiot with his phone that he refuses to part with, even at gunpoint, I find it enjoyable, and put it in the same fun category of the morons that accidentally kill themselves.

80% of the videos on this part of the board that show somebody being killed are CCTV footage just like this. Post something better or kindly fuck off.  I've seen that happen a few times in articles translated from Spanish. Maybe something is being mistranslated. They knew that he was retired and a reservist.. sooo.. yeah they know who the guy is, lol. |
