Look, i agree it's not nice what they did to him. BUT To call him an "artist" just because he has 250,000 "likes" on facebook is like to claim that eating shit for breakfast is a good thing since millions, billions flies love eating shit on daily basis, and bear in mind that some facebook users are definitely LESS intelligent than some flies. So, if you say that what happened is sad for him and his supporters, ok, i agree, but don't try to pass this dude as an artist, because actual artists would turn over in their grave, there's not much difference between the noise being inflicted to your ears when you listen to such a "music" and the noise made by the workers who are demolishing a building close to my house. You ask for respect for the dude? You are absolutely right. You want ME to accept the idea that THIS was an artist? Of FUNK? Hint: study the ROOTS of funk, and it basis. Anyway he didn't respect his fans since he claimed to be a funk artist despite he was just some dude able to make much noise. Popular, with many followers, but NO, that's not ART. |
