Rapper MC Daleste Shot and Killed on Stage
Brazilian Funk artist MC Daleste had no clue yesterday would be his last performance. The young Brazil funk artist was shot dead, killed during his live show. One bullet ripped through the singer’s chest, leaving the popular 20-year-old dead. The show was late Saturday, July 6th in the Campinas area of Brazil’s São Paulo. Video of the club shooting has surfaced and blasted viral across YouTube. Hundreds of re-uploads have been completed. The singer was taken to the hospital immediately after the shooting. Unfortunately, doctors were not able to repair the damage done by the shooter. Information about the gunman has not yet been given to the public according to Ultimo Segundo. The singer was in the San ****** neighborhood’s CDHU building. Everything seemed normal to party goers, excited to dance to MC Dalete’s funk music. The Brazilian singer will be buried at Vila Formos cemetery in São Paulo on Monday, July 8th. As family, friends, and fans are still in shock, they have not been able to do more than issue a statement on the Funk artist’s facebook fan page. |

Some of these comments are messed up. The kid was just an artist trying to do his thing. Was he a shitty singer? Yes. But he clearly had some appeal, at the very least. He was in his element and trying to entertain people, and some piece of shit took his life in that moment. P.S. he has almost 250K "likes" on his Facebook page. That is no small feat! Clearly he touched a lot of people's lives.

Cry me a river. Did you see how he dropped? Its as if someone turned off a light switch. The one second he's alive and the next second he's dead. He was dead before he even hit the ground. At least his death wasn't messy, resting neatly against stage equipment.
