Right, cuz murdering the people that are addicted to drugs will help eliminate the problem right? Fucking idiot. Why should someone be killed for using recreational drugs? If they aren't harming anyone else then leave them alone. Only those who are hurting others should be jailed/killed. |

Basically, they weigh the potential of losing evidence against the cost of life, and the guy's life apparently wasn't worth the evidence they may or may not have preserved...That's some fucked up view of "justice"

Honestly, the cops have to react fast. I can understand how they thought it was a gun. I'll never defend the pigs if they don't deserve it. But I can see this, the guy with the golf club was an idiot.

Who cares if it was murder or not he was either a dealer or a well connected addict. No matter which the world is a better place without him. For all the people saying it was murder its wrong blah blah blah. You all go realize that guns that are mostly silver are made. Also that a .22 rifle can have a long skinny barrel and .22 can be very dangerous especially at that range. Like everyone says they yelled police. They told him why they were there I dont care who you are if you hear that and grab a weapon firearm or not your asking to be shot. You put your hands on your head and get on your knees simple as that. An officer in this situation has no time to think hmmm is that a gun? If not should I get the tazer or the pepper spray out. Meth heads are very dangerous especially if they are tweeked out on it. You feel no pain and are very strong using your mucles at there peak. Sometimes meth heads can take 5 of the best .45 hallow points in the chest to stop. If you dont know what a .45 is look it up it is a rather large handgun round for a magazine fed handgun. With people like that in the house and unknown weapons and number in the house the police are under alot of stress and fear so it was justified I rest my case take it or leave it. The guys dead anyway you think bitching about it being murder is going to give him back to his family?
