Anyone can yell "Police search warrant!" and kick your door down. These fucks over reacted out of fear. Anyone would have grabbed the nearest thing and held it up in defense.

Get these police men to come stand trail in New Zealand under New Zealand law. Our gun laws are so strict there is no way a jury, or any legal entity for that matter would deem this proper use of a fire arm or effective police work. Typical, trigger happy yanks. I'm quite frankly disgusted this shooting was deemed legally justified.

1. Glock 22 is the model number of the handgun, not the caliber. The caliber is .40. 2. While I wouldn't consider it murder, it is a wrongful death. Cop reacted too soon, understandably, but should have been able to analyze the situation better. 3. The biggest problem here is why in the United States do we have police breaking into homes and shooting citizens because of what they choose to put into their bodies? Why are we sending them to prison? Why are we spending billions of dollars on this failed idea of a "war on drugs" Who are we trying to protect? Definitely can't say this mans family because you just killed the guy and caused more pain and suffering to them then the drugs ever did. It's a failed policy and we need to seriously reevaluate it. |
