spoken like a true keyboard warrior who has never been in a combat zone. it's so easy to analyze a situation in a textbook manner in the hindsight of things but if you have (or subsequently claim to) been in similar circumstances you know the assailants next move would be to engage, not "Oh! Sorry, I thought you were somebody else, I guess I will drop my weapon now since it's only the cops trying to shut my operation down and not some stranger!". The deceased knew what he was doing when the cops yelled "POLICE WE HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT!". but of course, how can anyone truly speculate what was in the head of the dead man before the bullet. you are entitled to your unexperienced opinion, I have seen to that along with other good kids and men in similar situations |

It's dark there's drugs. It looked like he was swinging something. After watching it a few times I start to see how they could have handled it differently. That's it though they get one chance and you have to be alert. The foreknowledge of him not having a gun is easy to say well they shouldn't have shot but in the heat of the moment you just don't know. It sucks. Yeah they could have tackled him but he was pretty thick and what if it was a sword.

At the point of a raid some one is merely a suspect. Not guilty, I see no evidence here to say that he was a dealer or that drugs where even found so those saying he knew what he was getting in to with this life style have no justification.
