Yes, the impending doom mounted as she climbed from comm wiring, to low voltage, then to the higher voltage. I was surprised she made it past all that low voltage wiring and switch gear.  |

The location may be accurate, but everything else in this post is incorrect. This post is correct, except for the language guess. Now, the first video is in China. There is no doubt about this because of the background. Next, the second video is in the Philippines. This is unmistakably clear as day because of the audio, which is in Tagalog. The male speaking Chinese (Cantonese) is a voiceover. |

I re-examined the footage and set my AI bot to tackle it and you are correct. These are definitely two different women and two separate incidents that someone has edited together. This was referred to as "Excited Delirium" by law enforcement for many years... until the members of the medical community became woke. Now the term is considered just an excuse for police brutality and banned in California and spreading. |
