I immediately knew what both videos were because I’ve lived in China extensively and speak the language. I have also lived in the Philippines for a bit (definitely not as long as China), but I speak Tagalog and a few other of their languages as well.

I don’t claim to be fluent, but to non-native ears, it can sound that way when I’m conversing with someone. Realistically though, I’m kinda comfortable in a few and maybe at the middle school level in the rest.
