This apparently happened in April 2021, Shanghai China near the Hongqiao Jingdian Garden.
You are just noticing editing artifacts. It's the exact same incident... same chick, same pole, etc. Here are frame grabs from the same moment in each video. They are identical. Video 2 is just lower resolution. BTW, her breasts look smaller from the ground while her arms are up. She also has a very prominent Cesarian scar.
