Yeah, you go on thinking that. The dude on the motor bike drove right into the trucker's forward blind spot. Now that driver gets to live with killing somebody on his conscience for the rest of his life, and all because some inattentive dimwit didn't have sense enough to look where they were going on their little motor bike. |

More like crushed in half! But I doubt he felt that part. You can clearly see the steer tire running him over. A truck's steer tire puts down 5000lbs. There is utterly no doubt that every major organ in his body was instantly squashed and ruptured, including his heart - killing him instantly - when the truck's steer tire went over him. As for whose fault it was, I'll contend that it was the cyclist's. You can see clearly in the video that he pulled right up in front of the truck, getting right into the driver's forward blind spot. The driver of the truck never saw him. |
