I have two more things to say 1. If the driver didn't break then he wouldn't have been dragged and therefore have less serious injuries. 2. It's Chinese. No suprise. Why is it always Asia? |

My Aunt's brother-in-law did the same thing to a guy on a motorcycle. It just smeared the guy into his bike. Just sloppy driving. Looks like this moron was changing lanes and didn't even slow down for the guy on the bike. Ugh!.
