I live in Brazil, in a city with a 110k population. The last murder in this city take place in february, and was a drug dealer. So, I can tell you: no fucking way murder is a routine here.

And the woman survived 4 shots last year. The reaction of the kid is heartbreaking...

I'll never understand killing family members of the person you want. Never will make any sense.
It makes perfect sense if you want to take someone's territory. If you can't get the main dude, wack the family members, especially those close to main dealer.
