Mother Murdered in Front of Her Son
A mother driving an SUV with her son inside pulls up on the side of the road, her son gets off and runs across to do whatever when out of nowhere a duo of gangsters on a motorcycle pull over by the SUV and pop a couple rounds into the woman’s head while her son watches in horror from across the street. The news report says that the woman was a wife of local drug dealer. Her assassination may have been ordered by a rival drug gang. I can’t imagine the horror in the boy’s eyes after he opened the truck’s door and, what was his beloved mother just a minute ago, fell out with bloody crack in the skull and a blank stare on the face. I suppose – if you marry a drug dealer, you get to drive around in a nice SUV, but you never know when you’ll have hitmen after your ass. Especially if you live in Brazil where murder is part of everybody’s daily routine. The thing about Brazil – they have surveillance cameras just about everywhere and they’re of really good quality even at night. With so many videos recorded every single day at high bit rate and frame rate, their data storage facilities must be the size of Argentina: |

On the brightside, at least the kid had got out of the car before it happened... could have ended up another innocent victim :/

No, they didn't. They said Cesar (the guy who ordered her death) sold a house to the victim for R$300k (around U$150k), who paid everything. Then Cesar wanted the house back. She refused, then he planned her death. No, it's not. |
