They gave reasonable orders, suspect refused to comply. They tried the non-lethal force route, did not work - suspect was now biting officers finger off. Maybe your “Bobbies” can get away with being unarmed, but you see this shit in the video? This is just another day at the office. That man left the officers no other choice.
