If this was in the US in a 'Stand your ground' state, he would be going free. He'll probably get fucked over in Australia though. Even if the jury doesn't agree, I'd rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.

Unintentional play on words? To the OP referenced. Another completely avoidable death. Quit posturing and set your ego aside. Maybe his fellow, young, hoodlums will learn the lesson from his senseless death, although I doubt it. |
