A cadet from the Heroica Escuela Naval Militar died during practice because his parachute did not open during a training exercise in Campeche state, Mexico. The victim jumped from a helicopter along with seven other cadets. Seconds later, the cadet, identified as Velázquez, crashed into a grassy area.   |
