~South Korea Man Stabs Another Guy To Death~
SEOUL, July 21 (Yonhap) -- A man went on a stabbing rampage near Sillim Subway Station in southwestern Seoul on Friday, killing one person and wounding three others. studies say that most stabbings commited by someone very close to the victim. Had a heavyset friend who was a cutter. cut herself a big piece of cake every night.

This is NOT a new phenomenon, and we've seen plenty of it here in the US. As devastating as these crimes are, there should be help freely available for people like him, so they can figure out what the fuck is wrong with them and get them on the right track.
