Ravendash's physics logic is correct, but the calcs are a little off because the freefall time is estimated. There can be a lot of height variation in one second of freefall, so it is more precise to estimate the building height instead, as follows:

The building height is 34 stories including the roof story. I call his fall 33.5 stories since he was dangling from the roof story. So, the distance of the fall was 33.5 stories x 14ft/story = 469 feet.

The time of the fall was (469ftx2/(64.4fps/s))^0.5 = 5.40 seconds.

His speed upon impact was 5.40sx32.2fps = 174fps/(5280ft/mi)x3600sec/mi = 119 miles per hour.
