If I had to guess, she had a threesome, probably consentual then one or both of the men threatened to post it for the world to see unless she gave them money. It's probably something that she was worried about (the filming of the act) the whole time but perhaps the 2 men involved lied to her assuring they wouldn't do anything with it.
