Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
I have experienced this before. My heart was beating different but I wasn't at the gym. I had been partying way to hard for a whole week, after not sleeping a whole night, being dehydrated and having almost no food, I went to sleep for 13 hrs. I woke up, my friend came thru, we smoked green. I started getting more paranoid then started feeling like this guy. I end up having a type of seizure. I felt like I was dying, I was sweating profusely right before blacking out. My friend revived me by slapping me super hard and started throwing really cold water at me. I came back but now I feel like thats going to happen to me again if im not careful or eventually regardless. We have to be careful what we consume, what we eat, how much water we drink, how much exercise and rest we get. Real talk here. |

I'm glad I work at a hospital. I have been taken to the ER there twice for chest pains with numbness in my left arm. They cleared me of any cardiac issues both times. I carry low-dose aspirin with me at all times.

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
I've been there before, worst feeling in the world, you literally feel like you are on the verge of dying because you are. I luckily survived and afterwards I won't even eat anything that has an atom of fat, I went 100% vegetarian not because I love animals but because I never want to have a heart attack again. Stay away from meat and crap food people, heart attacks totally totally suck and made damn sure you prioritize aerobic exercise. Fuck lifting weights, weights don't improve your circulation like jogging and walking does.

Jesus. Reading these comments is depressing. Are the healthy DRers just abstaining, or is everybody here on the verge of physical collapse or drug overdose? I don't know how I'm going to die, but it won't be my heart. A lifetime of daily aerobic workout tends to take care of that. |

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
oh man. I wonder if he was taking eca, clen, caffeine, etc. too? Too many bodybuilders pass away like flies from taking stuff. Poor guy. Probably did too much cardio and his heart was beating like crazy or was doing way too heavy lifts. at 33. sad. |

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
Most cellular damage caused by cocaine abuse is due to the toxic substances and alkali salts used to cut it. Pure, medical grade cocaine will not cause these issues. How about you take a couple classes in organic chemistry and biochemistry before you start opining about these things? |
