A man suffered a heart attack and died at the Gold Gym in Bangalore.

A member of the gym said, “These people came to our gym for a 1 day trial. Although he used to go to the gym earlier also, but came to us for the first time. Our staff admitted him to the hospital when his condition deteriorated after the work out. We are not aware of what happened later there because by then his family members had reached there.

This video is of the Gold Gym located in Banashankari, Bangalore, where this 33-year-old man was just a few days ago since he started the gym. He deteriorated after setting up the gym and shortly after the man fell to the ground due to a heart attack that was taken to the hospital by gym managers where he was better.

I can watch someone splatter while jumping off buildings or someone getting their head chopped off a million times. But when I watch these type of videos, it gets to me. Maybe it’s because I don’t expect to jump off a building anytime soon, or get beheaded by some radical. But that right there can happen to any of us…

Agree this was a tougher watch than the splatters, crispy critters and the 80,000 volt fry outs. Even tho I knew the outcome I was still pulling for the guy. Odd.

Classic acute myocardial infarction. He clutches repeatedly at his chest, looks short of breath and is diaphoretic(sweating). He probably went into ventricular fibrillation at the end and that’s what caused the loss of consciousness because he can’t maintain cardiac output.
Then he dies.

I'm with the rest of you. I'm desensitized to the gory stuff, but these videos are disturbing. Like someone said, this could happen to any of us. I don't worry much about being decapitated by a cartel member or stabbed in a favela, but I don't eat the best diet, and I don't work out enough, lol...I'm sure you can all relate. RIP...I hope he made the most of it.

Just a reminder - kids, life is short. Last time I looked, the mortality rate for humans is still one-hundred percent. Sit and get fat if you want to. Cancel your gym membership. Fitness means NOTHING. Go eat a cheeseburger. Double up on the fries. Get a desert and don't share it. Dont worry about what your body image is or what you look like to others. Like Chuck Berry said, "Live like you wanna live."

Hopefully your death will be sudden and relatively painless.

That's actually a really good idea. You can see step by step how it progresses. He literally acts out all the classic symptoms, poor guy. The moment he goes into full V fib, he hits the floor. At that point it is usually too late. If this ever happens to you, or you witness it, call for help! Many health clubs have portable defibrillators nowadays and staff are trained to use them.
