Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
Fixing the weird formatting above: ~ It's what happens when people ingest too much sodium, (sodium by itself is not the same as sodium-chloride, salt, a prime necessary electrolyte for life) - Sodium and chloride are both critical electrolytes. Sodium chloride dissociates into sodium and chloride ions in water, a.k.a., you have sodium and chloride ions in your body. , then they take too many artificial steroids, then they also ingest too much caffeine, such as in energy drinks. All true ~ Sodium in large amounts causes insomnia. There is no relation between sodium intake and insomnia, unless it's making you get up to pee all night due to its diuretic qualities. ~ Artificial steroids cause an excess of stimulation which can lead to over exertion. Exogenous steroids inhibit the body's inflammation response, leading to organ and tissue damage due to lack of healing and cell regeneration. The inflammatory process is the first in the cascade of signals the body uses to identify damaged tissue. Natural steroids are produced in the body using natural salt, sodium-chloride. Endogenous steroids are produced in the body from precursors including cholesterol, DHEA, vitamin D, and squalene, among many other prohormones. ~ Caffeine crystals are shaped like javelins, which cause the ingester to be overstimulated, per as it's like being stabbed by thousands of tiny javelins, so the body's cells get ruptured and die. Caffeine crystals dissolve in water and the caffeine is processed in the liver via 3-ethyl demethylation to produce paraxanthine, a common amino acid. This substance is chemically similar to adenosine and so it targets the adenosine receptors all over the body, acting as an antagonist (i.e., a brake). Adenosine is part of the autonomic cycle that slows us down, so caffeine puts the brake on adenosine. There are no "caffeine crystals" floating around your blood. Even if there were, the caffeine molecule is almost identical to thousands of other naturally occurring alkaloids, including the ones that color your apples red and make your chocolate taste nice. ~ Combined they all lead to organ failure, whereas the body's blood system becomes crystallized which leads to heart failure, when the cells in the heart begin to misfire from conflicting stimulation function messages. The brain is thus essentially fighting the heart for control, so the heart loses. Caffeine is also a diuretic, leading to rapid urination and loss of essential ions. This can cause heart arrhythmias, which together with the raised blood pressure of exercise and dehydration, can cause serious cardiac consequences. ~ All artificial crystalline drugs cause cell rupture leading to cell death. There is no difference between an organic molecule constructed by a plant and one constructed in a lab. They're the same thing and act the same way. This natural-is-different idea has been floating around for a couple centuries now, which means you need to update your sources. ~ Crystaline drug abuse is most evident with chronic cocaine users who snort & have crater face features, which are areas where the cocaine ruptures the cells, they die, & then the area heals, leaving scars.[/QUOTE] Most cellular damage caused by cocaine abuse is due to the toxic substances and alkali salts used to cut it. Pure, medical grade cocaine will not cause these issues. How about you take a couple classes in organic chemistry and biochemistry before you start opining about these things? |

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session
"man fell to the ground due to a heart attack that was taken to the hospital by gym managers where he was better." so did he die or not cause it says in post he was taken to hospital where he was revived? |
