Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session

Great build up of suspense all the way to the end, I was afraid when he got up that he was going to die off camera or at some shitty angle but then he came back for the delivery
Ya! He came back! I was shocked to see the ending.

Most excellent: A strong roll forward, then summersault and ground plant. This death took a while; many of these are instant, drop dead to the floor. But our boy delivered!

This fellow had a strong sense of acting, for the benefit of DR viewers. And it was a free public performance.

"was taken to the hospital by gym managers where he was better.
"
So did he die or not?

Nothing to see hear, just a young man calling it quits early. Yawn.....enough with the child's play. Let's get some gore!

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session

Classic acute myocardial infarction. He clutches repeatedly at his chest, looks short of breath and is diaphoretic(sweating). He probably went into ventricular fibrillation at the end and that’s what caused the loss of consciousness because he can’t maintain cardiac output.
Then he dies.

This should be used as a training video on how to spot an MI
Not to be remiss but he also rubbed his left arm, one of the most serious symptoms of a Massive CI. His only chance was to call emergency services, and the only factor would be how long they would take to get there. I have seen cases like this and at this point, the patient only has about 10 minutes tops.

Re: Man Dies from Heart Attack After Gym Session

Throughout my adult life, I've never been shy about going through ECA cycles for cutting. Still, I will never work out in any serious capacity while actively on any form of stimulant. Haven't and couldn't give two shits about pre-workout supplements. My body either handles a workout or it tells me to sit the fuck down. Not saying it's 100% what happened to this dude, but 9.99 times out of 10, this shit happens to people hopped up on 400mg of caffeine or whatever equivalent stimulant cocktail.

I feel bad for the guy. Assuming he hadn't, I wish he'd called for EMS the moment he felt what was going on. He was clearly taking it serious enough to hold still a bit.
Only reason to do that stack is if you’re lazy. Intermittent Fasting and cutting down calories will get you as shredded as you want to be and quicker as well. It’s not easy but not dangerous like that antiquated stack, while also having the added benefit of being free. All you need is some willpower. Rant done.
