Is this the same thing that happened to Damar Hamlin? Getting hit just right at the wrong time that your heart stops? Or was it trauma?

There's another video on this site I saw last year of this Asian guy by himself trying to bench some weights and they were too heavy for him and matter how hard he tried he couldnt push them up and the bar stopped on his neck and it went on and on and you see the guy slowly losing consciousness as he tries to push it off him and he just couldnt and he ended up dead
